We are dedicated to supporting men in Hastings & St Leonards as they navigate their mental wellbeing. Our mission is to provide safe, inclusive spaces where men can connect, share their experiences, and find the tools they need to thrive. From peer-led talking groups to skill-building workshops and community events, we aim to empower men to take charge of their mental health while fostering a sense of belonging and community. Together, we are creating a movement of support, resilience, and openness that benefits not only men but the wider community.
